Spectrum scarcity demands for additional bandwidth where new services can be deployed on. However, today's spectrum allocation leaves almost no bands unallocated. Thus, Cognitive Radio has been studied to bring relief to the lack of spectrum, moving towards a more efficient and dynamic spectrum access. In this domain TV White Space have been proposed as a possible solution to bring new, valuable spectrum for opportunistic services.
