In the past there was a huge debate about the adequacy of initiatives to improve the entrepreneurial skills and, as immediate result, to increase the employment. The main target in these interventions was concerning the SMEs as a business dimension that can ensure a dissemination of employment and a stability of local systems and of the countries considered as a whole.
