none9aim. perforator is a new reconstructive procedure technique that allow transfer large local flaps based on single vascular pedicle. These flaps are useful to treat patients with advanced tumors, bad general conditions and skin lesions witch cannot allow to have a good quality of life. in these cases perforat flaps are a good palliative chance to solve the problem of large skin lesions performing a simple surgical treatment. Methods. In our experience we treated 3 patients affected by malignant melanoma using perforator flaps to cover loss of substance after oncology surgery.noneFabiocchi L; Negosanti L; Tavaniello B; Zavalloni F; Nejad P; Palo S; Sgarzani R; Santoli M; Zannetti GFabiocchi L; Negosanti L; Tavaniello B; Zavalloni F; Neja...
