Orientation of the water moiety in CF4-H2O

none5noThe rotational spectrum of CF4-H217O has been investigated by pulsed jet Fourier transform microwave spectroscopy. A symmetric top effective rotational spectrum has been observed, similarly to the case of the parent species (W. Caminati, A. Maris, A. Dell’Erba, P. G. Favero, Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 45 (2006) 6711).
