Sorption experiments of DCM in Matrimid were performed with gravimetric method by means of a Quartz Crystal Microbalance (QCM) and of a Quartz Spring (QS) balance, that have been described elsewhere. Experiments were run at different temperatures, ranging from 10°C to 40°C, in differential activity steps at each temperature. Matrimid 5218 was spin coated on the quartz resonators of QCM from a 1% solution in dichloromethane and then treated for 24 hours at 50°C in a vacuum oven
