Communities of practice are fundamentally privileged opportunities of learning established in public organizations as in educational institutions. The main objective of these communities is to convert personal knowledge on collective values that result in practices either renovated or different (Wenger, 1998). Groups of teachers who have a history of working together may get a better understanding of them and develop if they are identified as a community of practice.
