The importance of the experiments realized by Guglielmo Marconi on the premises of Villa Griffone were probably already universally considered a fundamental step for understanding propagation in real environment, a key point in successful operation of a radio system. Thousands of visitors at the Villa and at the Marconi Museum are evidence of that.
