none7Diminished postural control and mobility are common among patients with Parkinson's disease (PD). Traditional therapeutic approaches are often not effective at treating these motor deficits. Previous work showed that Automatic Auditory Biofeedback (ABF) may be used to enhance postural control in patients with vestibular dysfunction. We speculated that ABF could be applied to augment treatment of the motor deficits in PD. Aim To test whether 6 weeks of training with ABF enhances postural control, mobility and health-related quality of life (QOL) in patients with PD.noneT. Herman; A. Mirelman; I. Maidan; L. Chiari; A.
