Background: Inhibin B (IB) and Anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) are produced by the granulosa cells in small antral follicles and are sensitive markers of ovarian follicular activity. Unlike the IB, the AMH production has never been evaluated in girls with sexual precocity.
