The study aims to investigate the family-work conflict. It involves a sample of 380 workers belonging to four organizations, respectively in the public-administrative, industrial, cultural-educational and university settings. The questionnaire includes, among others, scales about work-family conflict, work satisfaction, work involvement, organizational commitment and organizational culture
