Basal cell carcinoma is the must common malignancy in humans. Despite its ubiquitous presence, the occurence of metastases for this type of tumour is very low. For example, the incidence rate for BBC metastases has been reported approximately 0,003% . Furthermore , of approximately 300 cases reported in literature nearly 85% involved head and neck region. Metastatic spread in these cases was most often associated with regional lymph linfonodes 60%, followed by lungs 42%, bones 20%, and skin 20%
