none2noIn this paper we propose ontology-based video content annotation and recommendation tools. Our system is able to perform automatic shot detection and supports users during the annotation phase in a collaborative framework by providing suggestions on the basis of actual user needs as well as modifiable user behaviour and interests. Annotations are based on domain ontologies expressing hierarchical links between entities and guarantying interoperability of resources.
