Provision of Information by Courts, the Case of Italy

The research report analyses statute laws and other rules concerning provision of information on court activity in Italy. It focuses on two main points: information on adjudication and information on administration. The first point deals with general rules concerning provision of information on court sessions and on court documents (publicity vs privacy, relationship to the press, provision of copies of judgements, etc.), whereas the second one with general rules on freedom of government information
