Hypofractionation for postoperative breast cancer radiotherapy: Is acute toxicity a limiting factor?

Whole-breast radiotherapy (RT) after conservative surgery in women with early breast cancer is the standard of care, providing a reduction of local recurrence and breast cancer mortality (1).
