Current considerations on burnout syndrome and supportive social networks: Second bibliographic review [Consideraciones actuales sobre el s�ndrome de burnout y las redes sociales de apoyo: Segunda revisi�n bibliogr�fica]

This study is intended to continue, after an initial review of the literature, with an analysis of two key variables on the health of workers. Both in the first version as in this, the objective was and is to analyze the role of social support in the prevention of diseases, in particular on the burnout syndrome, ranging from year 2004 until now. This, due to several authors that continue expressing the importance of social support and supportive social networks in the health of individuals. In general, following the analysis of these variables, you come to this conclusion: everyone must maintain dynamic exchanges and interconnections with other subjects, forming social networks and offering support, with the aim of reducing or at least soften the impact of stressful events and distressing for the benefit of their health, both physically and mentally.
