This work presents a real time distributed concurrency control scheme where consistency is relaxed to let reading tasks to run as well as concurrent writing tasks. The algorithm reduces the possibility of deadline missing by increasing the level of concurrency in systems where the proportion for read operations is greater than for write operations. The proposed algorithm is a variant for an existent concurrency control algorithm which is faster in the sense that low time responses are offered by the new algorithm. 2006 IEEE
