Our findings underscore the association among KSHV, Kaposi's sarcoma, and multicentric Castleman's disease. The association of multicentric Castleman's disease with Kaposi's sarcoma and the finding of some features common to both diseases led us to search for HHV-8 sequences in samples of multicentric Castleman's disease
