Features of lipid peroxidation in liver and muscles of different species of acipenserids

Analysis of the minimum and maximum level of pollution of the North Caspian waters revealed the magnitude of the response and specific features of transformation speeds ascorbate and spontaneous lipid peroxidation in liver and muscle of three acipenserid species to these changes. The different levels of response and intensities – AsPOL and SpPOL in the studied tissues at different strength and duration of the impact of pollutants on fish species with available features are shown.Анализ лет с минимальным и максимальным уровнем загрязнения вод Северного Каспия выявил величину отклика и видовые особенности трансформации скоростей аскорбатзависимого и спонтанного ПОЛ в печени и мышцах осетровых на эти изменения. Показан разный уровень ответа интенсивностей АсПОЛ и СпПОЛ в исследуемых тканях на различную силу и длительность воздействия поллютантов на рыб, при имеющихся видовых особенностях
