Data on underwater visual survey oxygen regime of the aquatory of the Karadag Nature Reserve s well as results of seabed dredging are presented. Researches were fulfilled in July, 2008 and May, 2009. Assumption on degradation of silt mussel communities at the depths 24-27 meters under influence of the general negative changes of the Black Sea ecosystem are grounded.
