A possibility determination concentration pigment in a culture of microalgae was showed in this article, using its spectrum of absorption in a native kind. The simplest mathematical model description spectrums of absorption were developed. Mathematical correlations are got for the concentrations of pigments.Показана возможность определения концентрации пигментов культуры низших фототрофов, используя ее спектр поглощения в нативном виде. Разработана простейшая математическая модель описания спектров поглощения. Получены математические соотношения для концентраций пигментов
