Concentrations of organochlorine pesticides HCH and DDT were determined in liver and muscles of commercial fish and mollusks from the Japan Sea and the Sea of Okhotsk. Pesticide accumulation in fish and mollusks is continued. Pesticide concentration in bottom fish is higher than pelagic fish. Pacific salmon are able to transfer pesticides from the sea to the freshwater ecosystems.Исследовано содержание хлорорганических пестицидов ГХЦГ и ДДТ в печени и мышцах промысловых видов рыб и моллюсков из Японского и Охотского морей. Установлено продолжающееся накопление пестицидов в органах моллюсков и рыб, повышенное содержание токсикантов у донных рыб по сравнению с пелагическими, перенос пестицидов из моря на сушу тихоокеанскими лососями
