The light influence on the content of organic carbon, nitrogen and cell volume of the Black sea dinoflagellates species at different light intensities was investigated. It is shown that for the majority of species in the range PAR from 56 to 344 µE·m-2·s-1 significant changes in intracellular content of organic carbon and nitrogen, as well as the cell volume was not observed.
