Experimental data are presented on glycogen content and certain lipid fractions in the Black sea mussel tissue in connection with high invasion by trematode sporocysts. Invasion by Proctoeces maculatus sporocysts is established to cause an acute decrease in triglyceride and glycogen accumulation in hepatopancreas and gonads of infected mussels.С помощью метода тонкослойной хроматографии выявлен липидный состав тканей у черноморских мидий в связи с высокой инвазией спороцистами трематод.
