The dynamics of cell density, chlorophyll a and protein content of semicontinuous culture of Dunaliella salina were investigated. At the stage of batch culture production characteristics D. salina on biomass, chlorophyll a and protein were estimated. Сharacteristics were used to construct prognostic curves of the relative content of chlorophyll a and protein. It is shown that to maximize the productivity of the biomass, protein and photosynthetic pigments in semicontinuous culture D. salina, it is necessary to adjust medium dilution rate at about 30 %.Исследована динамика плотности, содержания хлорофилла а и белка квазинепрерывной культуры Dunaliella salina.
