Preliminary results of marine hydrobotanical researches carried by Nikita Botanical Gardens scientists at the coasts of the Crimea are presented. During the period 1973-2015 phytobenthos on the most reserves, promising for preservation areas and some anthropogenically transformed territories have been characterized, the main features of marine and terrestrial phytobiota space-time distribution have been determined and recommendations for optimization of natural resources use have been prepared.
