Results of macroscopic fungi studying in Karadag nature reserve (KNR) for 2005-2008 years have been presented. There is an annotated list, which consists of 195 taxons (192 species and 3 varieties) of 18 orders, 45 families and 83 genera. 158 among tham are new for KNR. 29 were reveals in Crimea for the firs time. 4 species are new in Ukraine. 3 species are included in Ukraine Red Book. Species distribution on the territory of the KNR and their habitation within the basic plant communities has been analyzed. It is noticed, that the majority of species are connected with trees societies, however, the «proportion» of new for Crimea and Ukraine species generally is higher on the areas of xeromezophitic meadow steppe.
