NEW BIOTECHNOLOGICAL APPROACHES FOR CRYOPRESERVATION OF FISH SPERM

The material for the study was sperm of Russian sturgeon (Acipenser gueldenstaedtii) and Beluga (Huso huso). The aim of this study was to determine the possibility of changes in cryoprotective medium volume fraction endocellular protector depending on intracellular fluid contained in the sperm of sturgeon. The effectiveness of reducing of the toxic effect of substances in the composition of the cryoprotective medium is shown, which in turn reduced the toxic effect on spermatozoa and resulted in increased life time of defrosted cells.Материалом для исследований служила сперма русского осетра (Acipenser gueldenstaedtii) и белуги (Huso huso). Целью работы явилось определение возможности изменения в криозащитной среде объемной доли эндоцеллюлярного протектора в зависимости от внутриклеточной жидкости, содержащейся в сперматозоидах осетровых рыб. Показана эффективность снижения токсического действия веществ в составе криозащитной среды, что в свою очередь уменьшило токсическое действие последней на сперматозоиды и привело к повышению времени жизни дефростированных клеток
