High level of concentration of сhloroformsolution matter and oil hydrocarbon in the soil and atmospheric presipitation, storm run-off and melted slush of coast zone in Kazachya Bay was revealed. Their concentration in the bottom sediment and seawater was significantly below. Abundance of heterotrophic and oil-oxidizing bacteria was studied. The obtained results allowed to characterize the coast water condition in this bay as mezotrophic.
