This paper presents the development of an analog distributed MEMS transmission line (DMTL) phase shifter for micro- and millimeter wave applications. Also, an improved design for a MEMS varactors is presented. Measured results show good performance with average loss of 3 dB and max. phase shift of 301° at 60 GHz
