This chapter aims at highlighting the main changes occurring in the arts and cultural sector in Italy. In particular it focus on the emergence of new hybrid forms of third sector organizations in the field of arts. The creation of hybrid non-profit organizations evidences a general need to search of new forms of public-private partnerships, a stronger financial autonomy and operational viability of Italian NPOs, and the spread of business-like logics and tools among third sector organizations. The case of Auditorium Parco della Musica in Rome is presented as an example of this change and these trends
