Large scale experiments may take advantage from technological support in gathering and handling data to enhance reliable further data analysis. Data quality is definitely a crucial issue. To address these purposes we designed and constructed an integrated web system (https://bioinfo.itc.it/TMA) to handle Tissue Microarray (TMA) data experiments [1,2], exploiting digital pathology [3] to automate data collection.
