Lithuania Insurance Market and GDP Changes in 2008-2016 In this work is overeviewed Lithuanian insurance market and GDP volatility and interdependence in 2008-2016. In the theoretical part, the Economy of Lithuania is divided into 4 stages and each is described separately. Further, the aim in the practical part is to find out which macroeconomic indicators have the greatest impact on the insurance market. For this reason are examined the following indicators: written insurance premiums, unemployment, inflation, GDP estimated with expenditure method and its variables: private consumption, government spending, businesses capital expenditures, export, import. After analysis of these macroeconomic indicators is formed an econometric model. Finally, it is made the conclusions of this work
