Key words: Integration, Ethnic Minorities, Sports, Multicultural, Diversity This paper seeks to answer the question whether sports is an effective tool for Ethnic Minorities’ integration process in Lithuania. Integration theory and Ethnic minorities’ concepts were explained in order to better understand the paper. Qualitative research method was carried out using a wide variety of questions for Ethnic Minority athletes who were participating in amateur basketball leagues. Results revealed that sport is a promising tool for integration process. Organizing various sports events dedicated for that matter is a must for a country which expects smoother integration process for Ethnic Minority groups.
