Renal cancer is one of the most common malignancies in human and it is also one of the most leading causes of cancer-related death. Most of the methods used for this purpose nowadays are based on histopathology, but is needed time saving method we could use during the surgery. Recently, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrometry is considered to develop into a new method for cancer diagnosis, which is non-destructive and time-consuming procedure, but until know there are lack of research to use this method as a main of cancer diagnosis.
