Project team motyvation

The term paper is to analyze the formation of the team and its - motyvation, and interviews from four different companies and find out the leaders in terms of your team, and what principle he tries to motivate her. The Tasks of this paper is to review the organization formed by a team; investigate the promotion of employees in enterprises; The four firms interviewed; Assess how you can work in different organizations. Methods used To analyze the topic, I decided to interview four different companies and show how different companies motyvates their employees. Main conclusions Regarding to theoretical and practical parts, i found out, that companies, where i did research, do not uses the base of theoretical motyvation systems. The leaders of the companies, regarding to their team, decides how they should motivate their workers. Motyvation systems, regarding to company leaders, should be created by employees needs, main points where motyvation is focused is in self-realization and material assets. Considering the success of companies, where i did research, it can be said, that firms who want success in business, should focus more in workers motyvation, more accurate to their self-realization and material assets needs
