One of the most important factors, which restricts organization to reach its goals and slows down the change process, is a resistance to change. The majority of organizations face with this force frequently. According to this fact, the purpose of this work is to analyze the value and benefits of resistance to change, reveal methods to decrease resistance, conduct a survey and make recommendations based on the findings of survey on how to reduce resistance to change. The more specific tasks of the work are to identify the main reasons of resistance to change, compare positive and negative impacts of resistance to change caused by the change process, to analyze and summarize the elements in reducing resistance to change, to carry out a survey...
