Role of leader in incorporating innovations into organisation

The main goal of this work was to find what role leader has in incorporating innovations in modern organisation. Also to find out what personal qualities leader must have to succesful lead his team into their goals. The paper was split into four parts. The first part consisted of innovation and information about it. The terms and history of it. Also, how innovations ar clasificated into different types. In this part we also learned that innovations has a big role in todays business world. Most of well sucesfull companies depends on their ability to constantly generate new ideas. Second part was composed of everything about leadership. What is the role of leadership and how tell a difference between a leader and simple company boss. What kind of different leadership theories there are and how leaders can vary from one style to another. Also what it takes to be a real leader. We learned that most well known and sucesful companies has a big leader standing in front of them. In the third part of this work you can find information about conection of leadership and innovations. What part leader has in innovations and how good leadership helps in incorporating new ideas to organisations. The last fourth part consisted of reaserch which was done by internet survey. It was given to employees of “Shcmitz Cargobull Baltic”. First they were given a number of thesis that were earlier discussed in this work and had to rate them by they opinion. Later they had to rate the same thesis but for how much it suits their leader. Researh helped to found out that making good climate, stimulating the eager of workers to work better and improve their results more is a key to success for a company which want to incorporate more innovations in it’s process. From this work we can learn that without generating new ideas and incomporating them in their process companies risk to loose in a todays business competiton. And a real good leader is one of the main weapon to do that. With good knowledge, know-how and most importing big heart he can raise the team spirit to stand together for the same vision and goals
