The main goal of this work was to find what role leader has in incorporating innovations in modern organisation. Also to find out what personal qualities leader must have to succesful lead his team into their goals. The paper was split into four parts. The first part consisted of innovation and information about it. The terms and history of it. Also, how innovations ar clasificated into different types.
