Products and Services Environmental Certification and Labeling System and its Usage in Lithuanian Organizations Today, more than 80 percent of the world’s population lives in countries that are running ecological deficits, using more resources than what their ecosystems can renew. Now takes the Earth one year and six months to regenerate what we use in a year. We use more ecological resources and services than nature can regenerate through overfishing, overharvesting forests, and emitting more carbon dioxide into the atmosphere than forests can sequester. The questions related to environmental protection has attracted more and more attention over the last decades. When Lithuania gained accession to the EU, it has committed to seek sustainable development. Sustainable development has since long been at the heart of the European project and the EU Treaties give recognition to its economic, social and environmental dimensions that should be tackled together. Development must meet the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. A life of dignity for all within the planet's limits and reconciling economic efficiency, social inclusion and environmental responsibility is at the essence of sustainable development. The production of environment friendly, ecological, cleaner products is the step towards decreased the damage for the environment. The eco labelling of goods and services informs consumers about products process which harms environment in a lower degree based on life-cycle considerations. Its benefits and level of goods and tourism services recognition of signs are discussed at the workplace. The purpose of this work is to analyze and generalize recognition of goods and tourism services eco-labelling in Lithuania. Methods of analysis include scientific literature analysis, empirical research, comparative analysis of different sources of information, descriptive analysis. In the empirical research the level of recognition of goods and tourism services labels in Lithuania was estimated. Almost half of respondents did not recognize the eco labels. The majority stated that there are not enough information of eco labelling and benefits related to it. After the analysis of the date of the correlation between education, finance and information about eco labeling and ecological importance was found
