In the master paper the additional agreements of the employer and employee within the scope of labour agreement are analysed. In the paper is analysed the agreement on non-competition, confidentiality agreement, agreement on full material liability and agreement on the settlement of expenses suffered by the employer due to the training of the employee, increase of his qualification as well as his apprenticeships. The aforementioned additional agreements are very widely used in praxis, therefore in the paper a detailed analysis of the said agreements and problematic related thereto is given.
