The aim of the research is to analyze and assess links between psychosocial risk factors and social reflection of nurses and nursing assistants. Task of work: 1. To investigate sociodemographic data of nurses and nursing assistants working in a health care team. 2. To identify psychosocial risk factors of the nursing care team and their links with the sociodemographic data. 3. To investigate indicators of social reflection and their relationship with the sociodemographic data of the respondents' team. 4.
