This thesis "Restitution as an Obligatory Way of Defending One's Rights" concerns the concept of restitution in Lithuanian civil law, grounds for its application and its relation with such legal remedy as vindication and rules governing unjust enrichment. The last part of the thesis deals with various forms of restitution. The analysis is based on numerous examples of Lithuanian case-law as well as on national and foreign doctrine
