Abstract This study aimed to identify the organizational culture and its impact on organizational commitment, through the case study of the Sudanese Company Electricity Distribution Limited. The research problem was formulated in questions aimed to determine the effect of organizational culture on the company's performance positively, whether organizational culture contributes to effective in motivating workers.
