The aim of this study is to identify the total count of the Hoya bacteria، and the coliform bacteria، and isolate them from the different samples of drinking water in Salama area، The study was carried out by collecting 10 samples of drinking water in Salama area، which included the following squares samples (1، 2، 3، 5، 7، 9، 1018، 16،13) ، The results of enumeration of aerobic bacteria taken from squans(5) showed the highest percentage compared to other samples (2،845*106) followed by the sample taken from square (2) by (2،5*106) ،The results of the biochemical tests showed that the numbers of klebsiella pneumoniae recorded the highest percentage (42%)، Followed by Bacillus cereus (34%) followed by Entero bacter (14%) ،The numbers of col...
