The study dealt with the role of strategic planning in the development of human resources. The problem of study was the following: Despite the great role played by planning in general and strategic planning in particular in the development of human resources, it is still without ambitions. Is the problem lies in determining the main role played by planning Strategic in the development of human resources for organizations? Do the stages of strategic planning affect the development of the human resources of the organizations? Does the organization's strategic planning depend primarily on human resources and development? What is the role of training in increasing the efficiency of the organization's strategic planning? The importance of research stems from the vitality of the subject, which focuses on defining the role of strategic planning in the development of the human resources of the organizations, which is an addition to the Sudanese libraries, as well as being a reference that benefits researchers from academics and interested parties. The study aimed to clarify the role of strategic planning in the development of human resources. Evaluation of strategic planning leads to the assessment of human resources. Make constructive recommendations to help decision-makers and policymakers. Identify the extent to which the institution in question has followed the scientific methods in developing its human resources. The study examined the following hypotheses: There is a statistically significant relationship between vision, mission and human resource development in Al Tadhamon Islamic Bank. There is a statistically significant relationship between training and human resource development in Al Tadhamon Islamic Bank. There is a statistically significant relationship between the programs of continuous development and improvement and the development of human resources in Tadhamon Islamic Bank. The study followed the analytical descriptive method to describe and analyze the phenomenon of the study subject and the historical approach by reference to previous studies and inductive method, and the case study methodology. The study came out with several results, the most important of which are: Strategic planning leads to maximum production capacity, which increases human resources development. Training programs have helped innovation and innovation in the field of work, leading to increased productivity.
