The issue that, this project work is discussing is base upon Al _ Ahadith that is being reported upon monopolization in the books of sunnat. And it had solved the problem of monopolization in the societies with an explanation of rigid understanding of monopolization,it's' judgements, and it's' punishments upon the prophetic traditions . And amongst the most important aim is meaning of prophetic saying upon monopolization . And we summarized monopolization in the societies upon to earn the wealth of halal (lawful) and to run away from wealth of haram(unlawful) because of monopolization,and the researcher had used the methods of extrapolative, analysis, deduction for the studies of this topic. And the scheme of works is upon three subjects, topics and conclusion. And researcher had chosed Chapter one for the fundamentals of the project and chapter two is upon understanding of monopolization,and its rules according to the prophetic traditions. And specially chosed chapter three for the Ahadith (prophetic saying) that is upon monopolization on food. And conclude the research work by stating the likely arises results and recommendations for the further studies. The project work had brought to existence most important results that are follows; the word monopolization that is being reported in the Hadith with the meaning of reservation of food and times of inflation and selling to the Muslims. But the judgement of monopolization; monopolization is unlawful. It was been mentioned the punishment of monopolizer of food upon Muslims in narrations of Ahadith, with rigid, bankruptcy and others, that monopolize is mistake. And amongst most important recommendations of the project; I advise myself and you to have fear of Allah and restrict to the saying of the prophet Muhammad (may peace of Allah be upon him) and important of orientating the students and researchers for studying this topic in this era, most especially the merchant, workers in the markets for knowing monopolization for it to enter to faction that is well know, and it can be lead to usury and to earn money of Haram (unlawful
