The research included acquainting with the style of convincing in the Quran in general, acquainting with the narrative style in particular, along with dealing with the objectives of narrative style in the Glorious Quran and comparative study between the narrative style in the Meccan Quran and the Medinan in which a comparative analytical study was made of stories in the chapter of Al Qasas ( the narration ) (the Meccan chapter ), and stories from the Al Ahzaab chapter ( the confederates ) which was revealed in Medina so as to see the differences between them. The research came to the fact that there are differences in the narrative style between the Meccan Quran and that of Medina. The comparative study found some aspects of comparison in the narrative style between the Meccan Quran and that of Medina. The comparative study revealed some differences in the Meccan and Medinan narrative style of the Quran. The Meccan narrative style is characterized of many aspects first and foremost which is faith, morals and behavior. The Medina stories are characterized of many aspects by - first and foremost – legislation and worship and family rules and exposing hypocrites and their behavior and their danger to Islam. The research reached the fact that narrative styles include arousal of interest, intimidation, dialogue, giving examples and others, which made it more effective
