This study concened the impact of management development on the effectives of Sudanese Customs Authority’s organization as the concept of management development was adopted in different governmental facilities and that was for ; a paradigmatic shift in these facilities performance, encoveragment of these facilities to provide the best services for each other , and improvement of their professional performance with the most efficient and effective ways .
