Abstract Business and small size projects in sudan have facing much obstacle and difficulties characterized by technical and managing capacity declining along with lacking of appropriate pattern financing also lack of law and official support for protect these projects also the rural whiteness lack of infrastructure the feature of this sector is as a consequence of the whole economic development policy deteriorate in country . This research is focusing on small financing and how to develop the Zakat revenue .the first chapter focused on introduction of small financing and research planning and its structure .the second chapter focus on small projects and industries sorts and how to utilize and develop it . the third chapter focus on small financing policy particular Sudan central bank law policy implementation to this small financing .also focus on the major role of Zakat to ply in developing economic by pursing methodical scientific to include majority poorer . In conclusion that. Researcher talk about financing notion as general and the small financing concentrated on Islamic mode and the Islamic loans ( good loans) in particular .
