التّفكير الإيجابي وعلاقته بمستوى السعادة لدى طلاب الجامعات بكوت ديفوار : دراسة تطبيقية على جامعتي الفرقان الإسلامية وإفريقيا الإسلامية المعهد العالمي لتكوين الأئمّة والدّعاة في إفريقيا

This study aimed at identifying the correlation between positive thinking and happiness level among the students. The researcher used descriptive correlational method. The study sample consisted (n=271) students, which have been selected through total population sampling. The researcher designed and used positive thinking scale, happiness scale, and analyzed the data using SPSS and the following statistical methods: Pearson's correlation coefficient, Cronbach's alpha, one-sample t-test, Mann-Whitney U test, and Kruskal-Wallis test. The study found that: Students at Alfourqane Islamic University and Islamic University of Africa in Cote D'ivoire have a high level of positive thinking. There is a statistically significant correlation between positive thinking and happiness level among students at Alfourqane Islamic University and Islamic University of Africa in Cote D'ivoire. There are no statistically significant differences in positive thinking among the students according to gender, university, marital status, father's occupation, and place of origin variables. The researcher made some recommendations in which the important ones are the following: Establishing educational and psychological supervision centers or offices in educational institutions, and presenting training coursed in human capacity development, and also holding conferences, symposia, and lectures to encourage the society in showing interest to the development of positive aspects, and including the curriculum the skills that develop thinking in its different forms
