The objective of the study was to define the management of the grade at the basic stage, and the competencies necessary for the basic stage teacher to effectively manage the grade to achieve the objectives of the educational process. To explore the relationship between classroom management and the achievement of students in the basic stage, the researcher followed the descriptive approach to its relevance to the nature of this research.
